What’s your return policy?
Please send us an email first so that we may help you in the best possible way. Returns are accepted within 7 days of the original purchase date. The items must be returned in the original packaging, unopened with a receipt.
Do you ship overseas and to P.O. boxes?
Yes, we’ll ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries. We do our very best to pack our products in a way that they will make it the distance, but it is soap!
Do you have customer service?
Of course! We are available to answer your questions 24/7/365! Although at times we may be busy blending up something special in the soap lab, so please leave us a detailed message or for a faster response you can email us or use the contact form which goes right into our inbox!
Backorders
We normally maintain stock of all our products but on a rare occasion we might be out of what you are looking for. No worries, we will notify you if this occurs and get your order out as quickly as possible.
